SHARED COMMITMENT

Bringing BISCAST graduates together to strengthen the institution that shaped us.

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: when alumni remain engaged, the entire institution benefits. We bring graduates together, support initiatives that matter, recognize achievements, and encourage alumni to take an active role in the continued growth of BISCAST.

The BISCAST Alumni Association is more than a network of graduates. It is a community that believes every alumnus has a role in advancing our alma mater. Through collaboration, service, and shared purpose, we continue to build a stronger BISCAST for the generations that follow.

1952
Renamed Camarines Sur National School of Arts and Trades through Republic Act No. 825.
1967
Converted into a college through Republic Act No. 5056 and became the Bicol College of Arts and Trades, expanding its academic offerings in industrial education and technology.
2000
Integrated into the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges as the CSPC Naga Campus.
2012
Through Republic Act No. 10231, the institution became an independent state college known as the Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology.
